Experience in Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) Description: The
NICU Registered Nurse will assume responsibility for assessing,
planning, and implementing direct clinical care to assigned
patients on a per shift basis. The role requires supervision of
staff to whom appropriate care is delegated. The nurse will be
accountable for supporting facility leadership to ensure high
quality, safe, and appropriate nursing care. The position involves
competency assessments of clinical staff and effective resource
