Must be OH licensed and have BLS. For more information, please inquire 1 yrs exp, BLS; Certified; OH Lic Dysrhythmia Exam Not Required Level 1 Trauma Center Experience, ACLS, and BLS Required. Will be required to float to all Toledo Market hospitals if need arises. MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS: Must maintain C level provider status. Must have thorough understanding of all drugs used in respiratory procedures.
