Role We're looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) who is

Responsibilities Will Include: Performing comprehensive dental
hygiene care (scaling, polishing, and prophylaxis) Educating
patients with empathy and evidence-based knowledge Taking and
developing dental radiographs Assisting the dentist during
procedures, as needed Maintaining accurate health records and
treatment notes Following strict infection control and
sterilization protocols Staying current with industry advancements
and certifications What We're Looking For Valid Michigan RDH
license Nitrous Oxide Certification (required) Local Anesthesia
Certification (preferred) CPR certification (current) Strong
communication, organizational, and critical-thinking skills A
passion for building trust with patients Bonus: Experience with

Paid after successful completion of 90 days of employment Requires
a 12-month employment commitment If employment ends before 12
months, the bonus must be repaid on a prorated basis (details
outlined in the employment agreement) Benefits: Dental, 401k, PTO
