Job Description Customer Service Representative - Toledo, OHADM Ag Services & OilseedsThis is a full time, non-exempt position. Position summary:This successful candidate will be responsible for proactively maintaining a relationship with customers and commercial staff. As a member of the Customer Support Team, this individual will represent ADM well by being customer-focused, committed to accuracy and reliability in a fast paced environment.
Representatives will have exposure to grain settlement, records management, accounts receivable/payable and other various tasks.Job Responsibilities: Work in a busy grain purchase environmentObtain strong working knowledge of ADM products and systemsPartner with Commercial Team to maintain excellent relationships with customersInteract with customers regarding orders and documentation needsFollow through on logistics for shipments from origin to destinationVarious accounting month end activitiesProcess invoices and monitor accounts receivableReview various reports daily to balance, ensure accurate applicationEffectively manage positive relationships with ADM Plants, ADM Transportation Teams, ADM Technical Team and Shared ServiceRegional Cross training on all CSR responsibilitiesOther reasonable tasks as assigned by managerJob Requirements:Ability to multitask, adapt and preform consistently in a fast paced environmentExceptional verbal and written communication skills to be utilized dailyHigh regard for accuracy and attention to detailAbility to collaborate well in a team environment.
