WHAT ENVASES OHIO CAN OFFER YOU:Competitive payAnnual bonus opportunityWeekly pay11 Paid holidaysPaid Time OffFull BenefitsPOSITION SUMMARY:Account management responsibilities include developing strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business executives and stakeholders and preparing sales reports. Account Managers also answer client queries and identify new business opportunities with existing customers and new customers. In this role, you will liaise with cross-functional internal teams to improve the entire customer experience. This position is a customer-facing role and will require frequent travel.As a Sales Account Manager, you should work to satisfy customers' needs and requests, respond to their queries in a timely manner and aspire to deliver a positive customer experience. You should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be customer service oriented. Ultimately, demonstrate the ability to grow our business by building successful, long-term client relationships.ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:Builds and maintains strong working relationships with internal and external customers serving as a contact for Envases Ohio customersCommunication with customers via phone, email, or in-person regarding orders, returns, shipments and products.Forecast and track key account metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)Prepare reports on account statusManage the entire sales cycle from finding a client to securing a dealUnearth new sales opportunities through networking and turn them into long-term partnershipsPresent products to prospective clientsProvide professional after-sales support to enhance the customers' dedicationRemain in frequent contact with the clients in your responsibility to understand their needsRespond to complaints and resolve issues aiming to customer contentment and the preservation of the company's reputationNegotiate agreements and keep records of sales and dataAbility to work in a team environment, record data in a computer system, and communicate with multiple departments.Effectively communicating and engaging with other functional groups at all levels from craft persons and operators to plant leadershipBe an agent of change, demonstrating and encouraging positive behaviorsPerforms other duties as assigned.EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or related fieldPrior experience as an Account Manager, Customer Service Manager, or similar rolePrior hands-on experience in sales with the proven ability to deliver an excellent customer service experienceManufacturing experience strongly preferredGENERAL SKILLS/EXPERIENCE:Must have the ability to travel 30-40% of the timeGood level of assertiveness to challenge and support the teamStrong organizational skills and proven ability to maintain accurate, detailed records that will be audited periodically; Ability to work on multiple projects at once with tight deadlinesMust be a self-starter and have the desire and ability to take ownership and responsibility with little directionExceptional customer service skills in handling issues in both the interest of the customer and Envases OhioExperience delivering client-focused solutions to customer needsUnderstanding of sales performance metricsProven ability to work with multiple account projects at the same time while maintaining sharp attention to detailAbility to work with employees, customers and vendors from many different cultures and backgroundsSOFTWARE/COMPUTER SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:Intermediate excel skills - pivot tables, VLOOKUP's, data visualizationSAP preferred but demonstrated competency in other ERP or CRM systems will be considered
