You will report to a Maintenance Supervisor and join a team of 500 at our plant including over 50 maintenance members.Shift: This role is 2nd Shift, approx. 2:50p.m. - 11:00 p.m.Location: 901 Stryker St., Archbold, OH 43502 (You will work onsite at a production facility #LI-Onsite)Hourly Rate: $32.27-32.99 an hour depending on experienceWhat Impact Will You Have On Our Business?You will ensure the plant facility systems are maintained operational, identify repairs, assigning repairs to Facilities Technician or by working with vendors.You will be a leader among the other maintenance department employees.You will ensure directions of management are understood and completed.You will direct and lead maintenance personnel in performing assigned responsibilities, inspecting work in process and upon completion to ensure quality progress and workmanship.You will communicate department activities to team members and management.You will plan alternate activities to maximize opportunity and take advantage of the unscheduled downtime or work delays.You will observe operation conditions of equipment and machines where breakage and defects in products occur determining corrective action.You will order overhaul and spare parts.You will troubleshoot, repair, and install electric/mechanical equipment.You will have ownership of plant facilities & utilities.You will report any food safety issues to management.You will confer with production, central engineering, R&D, contractors, and other operation groups to help start new processes, lines, and plant trials.You have experience interpreting electrical, mechanical, pneumatic, and hydraulic diagrams.You will report any safety issues to management.At the end of your shift, you will secure all equipment, perform general housekeeping responsibilities, and complete all required paperwork.At least 3 years' maintenance experience in an industrial type setting preferably in the food industry-leading others.Our Benefits:We care about your total well-being and will support you with the following, subject to your location and role:Health: Medical, dental and vision insurance, company-paid life, accident and disability insuranceWealth: great pay, incentive opportunity, matching 401(k) and stock purchase planGrowth: online courses, virtual and classroom development experiencesBalance: paid-time off, parental leave, flexible work-schedules (subject to your location and role)Our Company:Conagra Brands is one of North America's leading branded food companies.
