TCI has an immediate need for a Business Systems Analyst in Findlay OH, Denver CO, or San Antonio, TX. This is not a Corp2Corp opportunity. This is a long term contract opportunity.

SUMMARY
The Business Systems Analyst will work with the IT Supervisor supporting Operations Technology (OT) Infrastructure.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Perform a variety of project work that centers around discovery and reporting of IT systems. For example, you may need to uncover which product licenses are about to expire or out of warranty and/or provide an inventory list of what systems a group has and is using.IT technologies primarily include Windows, VMware, and Cisco. OT Technologies includes, but are not limited to, DCS, SCADA, PLC, Wonderware, DeltaV, and iFix. Ability to review and acquire data from systems to provide intel and reports
REQUIREMENTS
4+ years as a Business Systems Analyst OR Project Coordinator.2+ years of experience logging into systems to find information (like licensing data, product versions, etc.).Strong communication skills are important and one must be organized, possess solid decision making, and have a strong drive for results.Ability to be proactive and manage ticket queues (use ServiceNow), requests from vendors and business partners and keep everyone updated.Experience with tracking, managing software/hardware licenses and working with vendors to manage them.Solid understanding of being able to log onto Windows Server, virtual servers, and networking technologies.Solid understanding and knowledge of working in Excel spreadsheets, SharePoint, ServiceNow and of how to develop reports (ideally using Power BI) and using dashboards.Great communication skills and proactively managing business relationships.
DESIRED (but not required) QUALIFICATIONS
Bachelors Degree in IT is strongly preferred.Previous experience in ICS,DCS,SCADA environments a big plus.Previous experience in refinery SCADA environments is a big plus.PDN-993351c9-0397-4124-95de-c3a9e30acfbf
