Basic Function

The Production Training Coordinator will work directly with the Site Manager along with other members of the management team and will be responsible to identify training needs and develop plans for individuals, teams, and the overall facility when appropriate. The ideal candidate is highly self-motivated, professional, and capable of managing their workload and prioritizing tasks in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. The Plant Training Coordinator will also collect production documentation, as well as enter data for tracking and validation purposes. #LI-RH1


Roles & Responsibilities

--- Develop effective and interactive training programs and materials to support employee development and organizational enhancement --- Coordinate of training and evaluation for the certification for direct / indirect personnel, including new hire orientation and onboarding for all employees --- Analyze training progress and suggest additional training modules for work teams, as needed --- Maintain training records for all employees and update training matrix --- Uphold a strict level of confidentiality --- Partner with other company representatives and / or vendors as needed to provide specialized curriculum --- Work with department managers and company leadership to determine when to schedule training sessions and programs to prevent excessive business interruptions --- Develop training KOP's and programs, update as necessary --- Oversee training schedules, ensuring that programs are delivered on time and according to internal timelines --- Training KOP (Training level --- Inform employees about training options --- Facilitate learning through a variety of delivery methods including classroom instruction, virtual training, and on-the-job coaching --- Design and apply assessment tools to measure training effectiveness --- Manage training budget

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

--- Advanced Microsoft Office skills with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software --- Proficiency in collaboration and delegation of duties --- Strong organizational, project management and problem-solving skills with impeccable multi-tasking abilities --- Strong communication skills --- Possess a general knowledge and understanding of manufacturing operations --- Must have excellent interpersonal skills to interface with employees at all levels of the organization --- Must possess a high level of personal initiative, be capable of independent decision-making and work effectively with minimal supervision --- Able to simultaneously manage multiple tasks and projects effectively


Min. Qualifications

--- HS Diploma or equivalent in education/experience --- Minimum of fifteen (15) years of manufacturing experience --- Minimum of eight (8) years of leadership experience in supervisory or management positions
