Job Description:

Integrated Talent Strategies (ITS) is seeking a Network Support Technician to work in the Wauseon area. This position offers a variety of great benefits, including health insurance, 401(k), and paid time off.


KEY AREAS OF RESPONSIBILITIES

• 
  
• Hands-on troubleshooting and maintenance of computers, printers, hardware and software in office and factory environments
  
• Manage support contracts on handheld scanners, printers, copiers, and other critical equipment
  
• Mitel phone system support and management
  
• Various network hardware and software management responsibilities, including active directory, digital signage and others as assigned
  
• Various installation and support projects in factory and office environment
  
• Participate in after hours on-call support rotation
  
• Other network management tasks and responsibilities as assigned
  
  
  QUALIFICATIONS
  
  
  • 
    
  • Professionalism and excellent verbal and written communication skills
    
  • Flexibility and aptitude to learn new technologies
    
  • Self-starter, good organizational and time management skills
    
  • Proficiency with Chrome, Windows and Mac operating systems
    
  • Experience with iOS and Android mobile devices and management software
    
  • A strong working knowledge of computer systems, hardware, and software
    
  • 1+ years of networking, help desk, hardware and software support experience
    
  • Networking certifications or equivalent work experience (CompTIA A+, Network+, etc.)
