Overview:This position will oversee and coordinate the implementation and ongoing needs of Maintenance Connect within the Maintenance Division. This role is responsible for all critical information being entered and stored in the Maintenance Connect database. Position will manage all aspects of Maintenance connect including training, and entry of all assets, work orders and PMs.Responsibilities:

• Manages, creates and revises internal inspection documentation, as well as manages all external supplier documentation while ensuring documents remain current; Coordinates with internal colleagues and suppliers to obtain updated documentation as needed.
• Transferring data from excel checklists into maintenance connect and entering park assets into maintenance connect data base.
• May be required to author or revise other types of department documentation and assist with special projects that require large amounts of data entry.
• Work collaboratively with the Document Control team to ensure all training and inspection documents are current, making any edits as needed.Qualifications:
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must have excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills, as well as a high level of attention to detail
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word and Excel
  • Preferred Bachelor's degree Business Administration or similar field
  • Preferred Background in any construction or maintenance field or data entry
  • Ability to work nights, weekends, and holiday periods to meet business needs
  • Ability to pass a mandatory (or random) drug test, per Company policy, unless prohibited by state or provincial law
  • Ability to pass a background check, if 18 years of age or older, which may include, but is not limited to, credit, criminal, DMV, previous employment, education, and personal references, per Company policy, unless prohibited by federal, state, or provincial law
