Job Description Salary: Seeking an experienced maintenance technician with prior experience in apartment property maintenance or related field and be comfortable with the duties related to maintaining apartment units. Qualified candidates must have reliable transportation. Apartment Maintenance Technician Roles and Responsibilities Work closely with Community Manager to ensure tenant and owner satisfaction Maintain interior and exterior property appearance in order to provide exceptional ---curb appeal--- to current and potential candidates Repair and/or maintain vacated apartments Professional person with positive attitude Must be an organized, detailed person, honest Apartment Maintenance Technician Daily tasks may be, but are not limited to: completing renovations to existing apartment units carpentry light plumbing, changing sinks/faucets/toilets light drywall repairs light electrical work HVAC experience and licensing is preferred Completion of daily maintenance requests from residents Grounds clean-up Self-motivated and able to work without constant supervision Apartment Maintenance Technician Qualifications Previous experience in apartment property maintenance HVAC certification preferred Provide your own basic tools Reliable transportation Ability to respond to after-hour emergency calls
