Job Description:

Join our award-winning team! We're seeking an experienced Service Advisor who excels at customer service and vehicle repair consulting.

Responsibilities:
--- Greet and build rapport with customers
--- Perform thorough vehicle check-ins
--- Execute our proven service process
--- Communicate effectively with customers and technicians
--- Present comprehensive repair recommendations
--- Convert inspections into approved repairs
--- Maintain high CSI scores
--- Follow up with customers
--- Monitor quality control

Qualifications:
--- High school diploma or GED
--- 2+ years of automotive service advisor experience preferred but not required
--- Proven sales record
--- Strong organizational, interpersonal, customer service, and communication skills
--- Experience with digital vehicle inspections (DVI) is a plus
--- Proficient in shop management software
--- Valid driver's license with a clean record
