Wallick Communities is seeking a Medication Aide to join our team at Oakleaf Village in Toledo, OH. **Responsibilities:**

* Administer medications as prescribed and under the direction of a licensed nurse
* Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
* Assist residents with activities of daily living, such as eating, toileting, and transferring
* Respond to resident call lights and provide assistance as needed
* Maintain accurate records of medication administration and resident care

**Requirements:**

* Current valid Medication Aide Certificate authorized by the Ohio Board of Nursing
* CPR Certification
* Nurse Aide Certification
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and provide excellent customer service
