Job Description:

A stable and profitable food manufacturing operation which offers professional and personal growth with a good work/life balance is looking for an experience Food Safety Leader. This individual will supervise the activities of company Quality Assurance Program to ensure that incoming ingredients, production procedures and outgoing finished products meet established quality standards and customer specifications. Will supervise and administer plant food safety and sanitation program for the facility, including training -personnel in Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP's), Food Safety and the Sanitarians (pest control). Will lead procedure development as needed, documentation and plant audits.Requirements:College degree, preferably in food science or microbiology.Experience in food quality, safety and sanitation.Experience with training in sanitation, GMP, pest control, food security and food safety auditsExperience with Kosher certification and relationship with RabbiExperience managing contracted cleaning services including janitorial, overhead cleaning and emergency cleaning.PDN-99172849-93b4-4753-93cd-5b93d8f6a731
