And you're up for the challenge. - - -In addition, you will: - -Use your knowledge and skills in construction to build, repair and maintain projects -Work in outdoor utility construction sites -Troubleshoot problems as they arise in the field -Train your crew on various kinds of tools and equipment -Operate backhoes, dozer, cable plow, air compressors, trenchers, hydraulic reel trailers & other types of machinery. -Manage all aspects of job-site construction -About You: - -Safety is a part of your day to day -You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality -You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work -You are looking for long term projects -You enjoy getting your hands dirty with your team -Embrace the challenge of coaching and mentoring your team -You know the telecom construction industry -Coax Splicing, Fiber Splicing, Directional Drilling, Aerial and Underground Construction, etc. -You have a track record of completing work with a high level of quality -You have a knack for figuring out hard problems and enjoy a hands-on approach to your work - -MOS Codes 12H, 3E251, 3E271, 4305 relate well to this position. - -Hard work pays off.
