Job Description Overview Air/Pro's application engineer / project coordinator will have primary responsibility for application asssessment, technical evaulation, quoting assistance, equipment order entry, vendor coordination, project oversight, scheduling, and field management related to air pollution control and industrial ventilation systems. This role will report directly to the existing Territory manager. The coordinator will also need to live in the Greater Toledo area for access to meetings and job site visits. Responsibilties

• Site inspection to evaluate client application-related needs.
• Development of concept drawings in order to bid jobs involving sheet metal fabrication and field installation.
• Quoting work or Territory manager assistance in bidding equipment and projects to clients.
• Work with Air/Pro vendors for equipment order entry, drawing coordination, manucturing scheduling, site delivery, etc.
• Work with Air/Pro sub-contractors in the areas of fabrication, installation, power and control wiring, piping work, etc.
• Master scheduling for Territory equipment shipments and field work.
• Primary customer interface related to projement management.
• Field coordination and management of key projects. Qualifications
  • High school diploma.
  • Degree in techcnial or business fields strongly preferred.
  • Related experience in the areas of industrial ventilation and air pollution control preferred.
  • Experience in AUTOCAD design preferred.
  • Experience in representing or working for an equipment manufacturing company.
  • Experience in project management and field coordination.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills.
  • Project scheduling experience.
  • 3-5 years or more of pertinent experience preferred.
  • Relocation to NW Ohio if needed. Company Description Design & build firm headquartered in West Chester, OH.
