The Production Operator is the first line employee responsible for production of Essential Home Organization, Storage and Cleaning products. American Plastics manufacturing facilities operates on a 24 hours per day, 7 days per week. This attractive schedule has rotating 12-hour shifts, guaranteed overtime and every other weekend is 3 days off! Imagine working less than 185 days a year and making full time pay!

In this role, the Production Operator will need to exercise good judgment, comply with instructions, safety, and standard procedures. The successful candidate will need to use automated and manual equipment including basic hand tools and packaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities:

Produce product at specific rates for each piece of machinery while maintaining quality standards
Complete light assembly and pack parts
Maintain a safe and clean operation
Requirements:
Previous machine operator experience in a manufacturing environment (preferred but not required)
