Description:- Will be operating a doosan and haas mill- Candidates will program and set-up and mill operations to print specifications - Programming using MasteCAM - Use of Heidenhain control operations - Adjusting speeds and feeds- Reading of prints- Use of various quality tools; micrometers, calipers, gauges- Machine has 4 or 5 axis- Drilling and tapping holes - Change tooling- Lift up to 50lbs- Could run up to 2 machines at a timeSkills:cnc programming, cnc mill programming, Setup, Operate, Mastercam, Mastercam Program, Mastercam Programming, Program, Programming, Blueprint, Calipers, Cnc setup, Machine operation, Micrometer, Haas, Fadal, Makino, MoriSeiki, Okuma, DoosanAdditional Skills & Qualifications:MUST HAVES:1. Must have 3-5+ years of experience running a CNC Mill Machine2. Must be able to program using mastercam, any version will work3. Must be able to read prints4.
