It's through our people that we differentiate ourselves, empowering our team members to take ownership of their work while providing resources to do great projects for our clients. -A Typical Day Might Include:INTERIOR DESIGN EXCELLENCE Working independently to address design challenges and make decisions that achieve project and client goals.Completing all phases of the design process including schematic design, design development, construction documents, and construction administration on small to larger projects.Developing interior finish materials and construction details. Designing and preparing interior finish presentation boards for review by clients. Processing shop drawings and checking to ensure quality, accuracy, and completeness. Preparing technical specifications to suit project design requirements along with cost estimates and budgets. - - -WORKING COLLABORATIVELY Working within an integrated architectural and interior design team to develop all phases of the design process and coordinate interior design with other disciplines. Meeting with product vendors to qualify material specifications. Providing frequent client contact with some travel required.Qualifications You'll Need on Day One:

• A bachelor's degree in architecture or interior design.
• At least 5 years of experience as an interior designer.Bonus Points if You Have:
  • Experience with furniture specifications.
  • Previous exposure to a broad range of market sectors. - -
