Essential Duties:Manage the quote to order process of each project.Move orders through the internal system to gathering and recording project details.Set and manage Customer expectations.Interpret Customer-supplied specifications to ensure project is accurate and distributed with urgency.Contact Customers to gauge status of project and ensure their commitment to the order.Planning effectively and achieving objectives for customer needs and deadlines on a regular basis.Anticipate customer needs and provides services that are beyond customer expectations.Ensure effective and high-quality customer service, utilizing a professional and friendly demeanor, when collaborating with customers and team members.This position is located in Perrysburg, Ohio.
