Job DescriptionClass A drivers run dedicated regional, home weekly 100% no touch with starting pay of $.60CPMDrivers average 2300-2500 miles per week hauling for one of the biggest chocolate manufacturers in the world with starting pay of $.60CPMFor non trainees may have a dog and rider from Day one. Dog must weigh less than 50LBS. All freight is no touch Average starting weekly pay is $1380-$1500 with drivers with at least 3 months verifiable Class A driving experience. Trainees are paid $800/week and still get home weekly. When hired will discuss schedule with DM – please note that drivers must be flexible on home time when hired. Drivers will run and get 34-48 hour reset and can take truck home with them. After training period drivers will start at $.60CPM and be home weekly just like every other driverFull benefits that kick in after 60 days including medical, dental, 401K and PTO To qualify you must have a valid Class A CDL:From trainees to experienced drivers with their Class ATrainees may run OTR for training due to lack of trainers on this account. Drivers will be put on this account as soon as training over – but recent grads must be willing to run OTR for training. Requirements:Must be 21 with Valid Class A CDLAccidents:No DOT Preventable accidents with damage greater than $1750 in the last 2 yearsNo major accident with cost of $2500 in damage or claimsANY DOT preventable accident in the last 5 years is an autoNo more than 2 preventable incidents in the last 2 years (again damage less than $1750)Cannot have been terminated from last job due to safety concernsNO DUI in the last 5 years in commercial vehicle and may never have failed a DOT or refused a drug alcohol
