Our growing company is seeking general laborers to join our team!This is a full-time position based in Fremont, Ohio. Hours for this position are typically:Monday-Friday 3:00 p.m.-11:00 p.m.WHAT ENVASES OHIO CAN OFFER YOU:Starting pay of $15 an hourIncrease to $16 an hour after 90 days$1.50 per hour Shift Premium$50 weekly attendance incentive$500 signing bonus ($250 paid at 90 days, $250 paid at 6 months)No rotating shifts (set schedule)Weekly payPaid holidaysFull BenefitsWHAT MAKES YOU A GREAT FIT FOR THIS POSITION:Previous experience working in a factory is beneficial but not necessary.Strong work ethicPositive AttitudeConsistent AttendanceWillingness to learnSafety mindedAbility to occasionally work overtime and/or weekends as needed.REQUIREMENTS:Must be at least 18 years of age.Eligible to work in the United States.Must be able to satisfactorily complete a background and drug screening.Must be able to work in a dynamic and fast paced environment.Report for work on time to support production startup.Possess good physical stamina and coordination.Could be required to stand and/or walk for long periods daily while frequently bending, twisting, reaching and periodically lifting.Able to work as a team, good communication skills, basic math skills, physical dexterity.PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIESEnsure work is done safely and meets quality standards.Follow prescribed procedures and guidelines.Assemble items as instructed by floor supervisor.Keep work areas clean and organized and take proper care of all equipment and facilities.Follow all company rules and policies.Provide a high level of attention to detail and focus on the given task.Follow all safety rules and quality standards.Work with team members to maximize productivity and efficiency.Clean-up work area daily.Other tasks as assigned by supervisorEnvases Ohio is an equal opportunity employer.
