Job Description:

Cutting Edge Countertops is the premier countertop fabricator for the Midwest with five locationsacross Ohio, Michigan and Indiana. We provide high quality countertops with outstanding craftsmanship in a wide range of materials. We are looking for a Project Coordinator who will guide our valued customers through the process ofbringing their project to life.What you'll do in this role:

• Manage the quote to order process of each project
• Move orders through the internal system to gathering and recording project details
• Set and manage Customer expectations
• Interpret Customer-supplied specifications to ensure project is accurate and distributed with urgency.
• Contact Customers to gauge status of project and ensure their commitment to the order.
• Planning effectively and achieving objectives for customer needs and deadlines on a regular basis.
• Anticipate customer needs and provides services that are beyond customer expectations.
• Ensure effective and high quality customer service, utilizing a professional and friendly demeanor, when collaborating with customers and team members. Qualified candidates will have:
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Strong customer focus; ability to efficiently and effectively interact with customer to understand their individual challenges and concerns
  • 2-4 years experience in a customer service role preferred
  • Experience in countertops, kitchen and bath products, the construction industry or interior design desired
  • Must read, write and communicate in English, required
  • Strong Customer Service Skills And have demonstrated skills in:
