The Shift Manager is responsible for executing the goals
of the Production Department at the Napoleon
facility. They will implement best practices and
will evaluate new technology and new ideas to continuously improve
30%-Oversee and direct the activities for the production
activities for a specific shift.
20% - Act as a resource to support the activities of Staff
Managers, Area Managers, Supervisors and hourly associates.
20% - Develop and implement plans to attain Company and
department goals for safety, sanitation, quality, schedule
attainment, employee relations, equipment utilization, yield
performance and training initiatives for the shift.
15% - Participate and develop shift budget performance criteria
with support from staff disciplines to meet goal attainment.
15% - Develop and initiate employee relations strategy to
complement facility goals and promote and direct OPI
Minimum education required: BS/BA/BE
Education desired: MBA/ME helpful
Years of relevant experience: 10+years experience
Knowledge, skills and abilities required: Strong interpersonal
skills. Trouble shooting and analytical skills. OPI facilitation
Factory environment in a food processing plant.
