  • Manufacturing Shift Supervisor--Overall Responsibility
    • Meets production demands as assigned by Manufacturing Shift SupervisorResponsibility Description
      • Measures, cuts, assembles and installs materials as requested
      • Welds aluminum and steel using MIG welder
      • Notifies supervisor when item is complete and ready for inspection
      • Meets or exceeds customer requirements for production and quality
      • Packages/labels items according to guidelines set forth
      • Operates equipment including but not limited to:------------------------ ---------------------- - Saws-------------------------- - Drill---------------------------------------------------- - Plasma Cutter--- Delivery Truck---------------------- ---------------------- - Brake------------------------ - Grinder/Buffer---------------------- - Shear-------------------------- ---------------------- - Yard Truck-------------------------------- ---------------------- - Press-------------------------- - MIG Welder/Torch-------- - Pipe/Tube Bender---------------------- ---------------------- - Fork Lift---------------- - Man Lift---------------------------------------- - Pallet jack--
        • Repairs customer equipment as required using equipment previously listed
        • Pays close attention to detail to ensure proper function and performance of installed/fabricated parts
        • Reads & interprets team leader instructions and written orders
        • Maintains a clean and safe work environment--Requirements
          • Regard for quality, accuracy, and safety
          • Ability to read a tape measure as well as add, subtract, multiply and divide fractions
          • Comply with handbook, policies and all safety rules
          • Ability to work in a team
          • Purchase and maintain necessary tools--
          • Read and write English
          • Minimal overnight and offsite travel may be required--Physical Requirements--
            • Individually lift, pull and drag material weighing up 100 lbs
            • Stand, sit or kneel up to and including an 8 hour shift
            • Ability to climb and work from ladders and lifts throughout 8 hour shift with no limitations concerning range of movements--Performs other duties and assignments as requiredRequired qualifications:
              • 18 years or older
              • Legally authorized to work in the United States
