Job Description:

Talento Search Group has an opening for a Bilingual Production Engineering Manager in Tiffin, Ohio. This is a direct-hire position. Relocation Assistance can be provided.
Position Summary:The production engineering plans, prepares, organizes, and follow all stages of new and existing product design through trials, evaluations, and confirmations of production condition
Duties & Responsibilities:

• Confirm new/existing product conditions in the production environment through trials, evaluations, procedures/standards
• Check operation standards to ensure proper conditions
• Standardize necessary checkpoints, documents, or other controls regarding all products
• Correct conditions when necessary and approved
• Maintain necessary equipment, tools, and standards
• Troubleshoot various parts, operations, and equipment
• Assist technical coordinator with activities and meetings
• Any other duties or projects as assigned
  Experience Needed:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
  • Must be bilingual in English and Japanese
  • At least 5 years of production engineering experience in the automotive industry
  • Experience or knowledge in Six Sigma, Lean practices, and 5S
