To be brief below are the skills we are looking for this role.
1. Datacenter Management RackingStacking Servers, Cabling Labelling
Servers (L3) 2. AIX Administration ( Power 8, VIOs) (L3) 3. Storage
Administration (Hitachi, Brocade, IBM SVC) (L2) 4. Windows
Administration (Microsoft Azure, Office 365, VMware) (L2) 1 Role
Data Center Ops 2 Required Technical Skill Set Data Center
Management, Windows, Unix Server Administration, Storage, Backups 3
No of Requirements 1 4 Desired Experience Range 5-10 years 5
Location of Requirement Toledo, OH Desired Competencies
(TechnicalBehavioral Competency) Must-Have 1.Datacenter Management.
Knowledge on Window, LinuxUnix and Storage architecture 2.
Experience on LenovoIBM Hardware platforms. IBM Blade Center
configurations and Maintenance like firmware upgrades etc 3. Should
have working knowledge on Symantec Backup Exec tool, Commvault
backup operations. 4. Good Understanding of Datacenter and virtual
technologies. 5. Good knowledge on IBM SVC, XIV, Hitachi storage
and Brocade SAN switches technologies. 6. Responsible for equipment
maintenance tasks such as managing and installing custom upgrades,
replacing, components and accessories in DC 7. Provide 247 support
for Datacenter operations. 8. Maintaining records and
drawingupdating schematics of the datacenter to detail 9. Vendor
management 10. Good in Communication skills and inter personal
skills 11. Team management skills Good-to-Have Any technical
certifications in storage, OS technologies SN Responsibility of
Expectations from the Role 1 Good in troubleshooting the complex
Datacenter, Windows, Unix and Storage associated issues. 2 Should
have knowledge of Windows, LinuxUNIX, Storage, Active Directory,
DNS, DHCP, VMware, Virtual Center, IBM Blade Centers, Backup Exec
tools. 3 Team management
