Job Description Job Description Job Summary We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Production / Delivery Support Associate to assist with product handling, deliveries, and loading/unloading trucks. This role supports daily operations by ensuring materials and finished products are moved safely and efficiently. Welding experience is a plus but not required . Key Responsibilities Assist with loading and unloading products from delivery trucks Help prepare products for delivery and shipment Safely move materials throughout the facility Support delivery drivers as needed during loading/unloading Assist with basic production or shop tasks as assigned Perform general labor duties to support daily operations Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area Follow all safety guidelines and company procedures Qualifications Ability to perform physical work, including lifting, carrying, and standing for extended periods Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team Welding experience is a plus but not required Previous warehouse, production, or delivery experience preferred but not required Physical Requirements Ability to lift up to 50 lbs Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the shift Why You’ll Like This Role Hands-on, active work environment Opportunity to learn new skills (including welding exposure) Steady hours and consistent work IND2
