Job Description Job Description 10-4 Logistics USA seeks qualified Class A (CDL?A) drivers to support regional over?the?road (OTR) operations in the East Region. This position involves operating dry?van, 100% no?touch freight with a high percentage of drop?and?hook loads while maintaining full compliance with DOT regulations and company policies. Compensation & schedule Base pay after training: $0.55 to $0.65 per mile, dependent on experience. Performance bonus: $0.04 to $0.06 per mile, paid weekly. Estimated annual compensation: $70,000 to $90,000 (USD), dependent on miles and performance. Typical home time: Generally home weekly , depending on route and dispatch. Equipment & benefits Late?model, automatic Freightliner Cascadia tractors, fully equipped. Primary responsibilities Safely operate Class A commercial motor vehicles in full compliance with DOT regulations, hours?of?service rules, and company policies. Complete assigned regional OTR routes to meet schedules and delivery instructions for dry?van, no?touch freight, including frequent drop?and?hook procedures. Perform thorough pre?trip, en?route, and post?trip inspections; promptly report defects and maintenance needs. Maintain accurate hours?of?service records and electronic logging device (ELD) logs as required by regulation. Follow proper cargo securement procedures when applicable and adhere to company fuel management and routing protocols. Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch, customers, and maintenance personnel regarding schedules, delays, or delivery instructions. Report accidents, safety concerns, or regulatory compliance issues immediately. Minimum qualifications Valid Class A CDL (CDL?A). Minimum age: 21 years. Ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements and to pass required drug screening and background checks. Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication with dispatch and customers. Work environment and notes Primarily regional work with structured schedules aimed at predictable patterns and consistent home time. 100% no?touch freight reduces physical handling of loads.
