TeamSigma, a pioneering force in the AI telecommunications sector, is seeking a skilled Operations Manager to enhance our operational processes and oversee effective site management. This role requires strategic oversight, expert management, and a detailed understanding of both telecommunications and AI-driven technologies. As Operations Manager, you will play a crucial role in steering our operational practices to higher efficacies and more robust outcomes, aligning with our commitment to transformative technology solutions. Develop and implement strategic operational systems, processes, and policies to support organizational goals. Oversee daily operations across multiple sites and ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies. Manage staff and resources to meet production targets and quality standards in a cost-efficient manner. Coordinate with senior management to scale operations, reduce costs, and improve overall efficiency. Liaise with technology departments to integrate AI solutions that enhance operational productivity and decision-making. Prepare and review operational reports and schedules to ensure accuracy and efficiency. Analyze current operational processes and performance, recommending solutions for improvement when necessary. Strong leadership and decision-making skills Proven ability to manage budgets and forecast operational needs Experience with ERP systems and IT infrastructure Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills Ability to work under pressure and adapt to dynamic environments Strong communication and interpersonal skills for managing diverse teams and stakeholders Knowledge of AI and machine learning applications in business operations Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k PMP (Project Management Professional) certification preferred Certification in Lean Six Sigma or similar quality control methodology is advantageous
