Job Description:
Michigan Farm Bureau (MFB), Michigans foremost general farm
organization, is looking for a Claims Systems Analyst to join our
IT & Data Management team. In this role, you will be essential in
ensuring that our claims systems operate efficiently and align with
the business goals of supporting Michigans agricultural
communities. You will leverage your analytical skills to evaluate
system performance, implement improvements, and maintain the
integrity of claims data amidst the evolving needs of our members.
We rely on technology to empower our members, and your expertise
will help enhance our service capabilities. Analyze and optimize
the performance of claims processing systems. Develop and implement
system improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy. Collaborate
with IT and claims departments to coordinate system enhancement
initiatives. Troubleshoot and resolve system issues in a timely
manner. Assist in the development of project plans, timelines, and
deliverables. Conduct system training sessions for users to ensure
efficient use. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of technology trends
and developments in claims management. Strong analytical and
problem-solving skills. Proficiency with claims management software
and databases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet
deadlines. Experience with data analysis tools and methodologies.
Knowledge of the insurance industry’s standards and regulations.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Certified
Insurance Data Manager (CIDM) is a plus. Certification in Database
Management.
