Job Description:
NRI Industrial Sales is one of the largest surplus industrial

sector.
We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR and Office
Administrator to oversee all human resource functions, payroll
processing, safety compliance, as well as day to day administrative
needs for our warehouse facility in Ohio. The ideal candidate will
have a strong background in HR and payroll management, as well as
experience working in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
As the HR and Office Administrator for our warehouse facility, you
will play a critical role in maintaining our high standards for
safety, compliance, and employee satisfaction. You will work
closely with
management and other departments to ensure smooth operations and

Responsibilities:
- Aid in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
in compliance with federal and state laws.
- Manage the recruitment and onboarding process for new
hires.
- Conduct new employee orientations and ensure all required
documentation is completed.
- Manage employee relations and provide guidance and counseling
to employees as needed.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including personnel files,
attendance records, and payroll information.
- Process payroll and ensure accurate and timely payment of
wages, including overtime and bonuses.
- Prepare and file required payroll reports.
- Oversee employee benefits, including health insurance,
retirement plans, and paid time off.
- Coordinate with management and supervisors to ensure compliance
with safety and health regulations.
- Conduct regular safety audits and inspections to identify and
address potential hazards.
- Develop and implement safety policies and procedures in
compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Provide safety training to employees and managers as
needed.
- Stay up-to-date with changes in labor laws, safety regulations,
and HR best practices and ensure compliance.
- Assist in the day-to-day operations of the warehouse, including
managing supplies, coordinating
- maintenance and repairs, and ensuring a safe and comfortable
working environment for all employees.
- Provide administrative support to the plant manager, including
preparing correspondence,
- scheduling meetings, and maintaining calendars.
- Manage office budgets and expenses, including tracking and
reporting on expenditures,
- negotiating with vendors, and ensuring compliance with company
policies and procedure
- Manage incoming and outgoing mail, including sorting and
distributing mail, responding to
- inquiries, and handling confidential and sensitive
information.Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in HR and payroll management, preferably
in a warehouse or
- manufacturing environment.
- Associate degree in HR related field or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of federal and state labor laws, OSHA
regulations, and safety compliance best -practices.
- Experience with payroll processing and software, preferably
DSC.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive
information.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.If you have
