• Competitive Compensation!Job DetailsWe are looking for an experienced HR Generalist to join our team. The HR Generalist will be responsible for recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, policy development, HR data management, and training and development.Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop recruitment strategies
  • Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and job offers
  • Administer employee benefits programs and provide guidance on benefits-related questions and issues
  • Address employee relations issues and provide coaching and support to managers and employees
  • Assist with policy development and implementation to ensure compliance
  • Maintain HR data management systems and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
  • Support employee training and development initiatives
  • Provide guidance on HR-related issues, including performance management and termination procedures Qualifications:
    • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration or related field
    • 3-5 years of HR Generalist experience
    • Knowledge of HR best practices and policies
    • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and HRIS systems
