Job Description:
The Revenue Cycle Management team analyzes and summarizes
revenue cycle and vendor data. -- Monitor trends and identify
opportunites for process and procedure improvements. ----1.----
--Works with revenue cycle staff and leadership to prioritize
business and--information needs--2.---- --Supports the entire
revenue cycle division and various other departments with analytics
needs, by producing reports and analysis ensuring a high level of
accuary and timeliness3.---- --Achieves sufficient expertise with
Epic and other applicable systems to facilitate reporting,
analysis, and problem solving4.---- --Researches, analyzes, and
makes recommendations for process improvements5.---- --Drives
implementation of strategic changes to revenue cycle operational
workflows and initiatives, including but not limited to, compiling
and executing workplans, and reporting progress and results6.----
--Maintains up to date knowledge on vendor contracts to confirm
vendor invoice accuracy and compliance to vendor management
division-wide initiatives7.---- --Collaborates with team and other
revenue cycle departments to improve denials and avoidable
write-offs8.---- --Builds relationships with staff, leadership, and
vendors through effective communication related to process
improvement, performance standards, and accountability9.----
--Transfers knowledge and/or trains employees as needed10.----
--Participates in cross-functional workgroups and committees11.----
--Performs other duties as assigned----REQUIRED
