The Advance Group is seeking an Experienced Supervisor for the night shift at a busy scrap metal recycling facility in North Toledo.--This position will be responsible for overseeing a smaller crew of employees and ensuring the successful operation of the plant during second shift. Shift for Supervisor: Second Shift 10:00am-8:30pm*Shift times may vary*----*Overtime may be REQUIRED*Pay for Supervisor: $25-$35/hour DOEResponsibilities include (but are not limited to):Assists in the training of direct reports Supervises staff and provide direction to ensure tasks are completed dailyStimulates maximum efficiency and productivity of shift leaders and equipment operatorsEnforces company policies, safety standards, and good housekeeping practices Maintains good employee relations and takes proper and judicious disciplinary measures when required Manages maintenance of all equipment to ensure efficient productionMonitors all areas of operations to insure compliance with EPA and OSHA standardsAssist in managing all activities related to inspection, weighing, grading and purchase of all ferrous and non-ferrous material received from vendors and clients within established Company policies and procedures. Perform other duties as requiredRequirements:Qualified candidates MUST have prior Supervisory experience and be reliable, trustworthy, and motivated.
