Location: Physicians - Cardiology - Toledo Department: Cardiac Testing Center Hours: 12 Shift: Days (United States of America) Sign On Bonus: Job Requisition Qualifies for Sign on Bonus Bonus Amount: $5,000 Job Summary: As an Echo Tech, you will assist ProMedica physicians with the diagnosis and treatment of illness and injuries by performing diagnostic ultrasounds. You will inform patients about their procedure and ensure they – and their loved ones – understand and feel comfortable about their procedure. You will play a key role in providing clinical excellence to ProMedica patients. The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. REQUIREMENTS Must have attended an approved school of diagnostic ultrasound or have the equivalent experience accepted by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers. Must be registered as a diagnostic sonographer by the American Registry of Diagnostic Medical Sonographers (ARDMS) and must maintain active registry status.
