Location: Toledo Hospital Department: Cardiac Serv Non Invasive Weekly Hours: 40 Status: Full time Shift: Days (United States of America) Sign On Bonus: Job Requisition Qualifies for Sign on Bonus Bonus Amount: $20,000 Job Summary: $20,000 Sign on Bonus for external candidates only with a two year commitment to the organization As a Registered Cardiac Sonographer, you will perform cardiac imaging and other non-invasive cardiology procedures, including EKGs and cardiac stress testing. You will also be on call for echoes and TEEs after hours as needed. You will perform Structural Heart Procedures and apply and process holter /event monitors. You will also need to know the imaging performed during the use of critical device interventions such as Impella and/or Angiovac . You will serve as a resource for other technologists, students, and hospital staff. The above summary is intended to describe the general nature and level of work performed in this role. REQUIREMENTS Associates Degree in Cardiovascular Technology with a focus in cardiac imaging and/or 2 years' experience in the field of echocardiology Must be a registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer or registry eligible through ARDMS or CCI or m ust pass exam within one year or obtain approved extension from department leader and HR BLS PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS 2 years relevant experience ProMedica is a mission-driven, not-for-profit health care organization headquartered in Toledo, Ohio.
