No OB Call. OR Call only 45-minute response time Case Mix: Endo, podiatry, Gen, Ortho, Urology of OR's: 4 Support Staff: 3 providers during the day Supervision and Ratio: CRNA-only facility Active License and Certs BLS, ACLS, PALS (from AHA), Proof of epidurals, spinals, blocks.
