Job Description:
Join U.S. Renal Care as a Dialysis Registered Nurse and become a
vital part of our dedicated healthcare team focusing on providing
top tier care for patients suffering from kidney disease and other
renal-related conditions. In this role, you will be responsible for
overseeing the dialysis treatment process, monitoring patient
health, and working collaboratively with other medical staff to
deliver effective care tailored to patient needs. Provide direct
dialysis nursing care to patients. Assess patient condition before,
during, and after treatment, adjusting treatments as needed.
Execute precise documentation of all treatments, medications, and
health interactions. Educate patients and their families on kidney
disease management and dialysis treatment. Adhere to facility
policies and procedures compliance with state and federal
regulations for patient care and services. Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to improve patient outcomes. Proficiency in
operating dialysis machines and associated medical software. Strong
analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess
complex patient conditions. Excellent interpersonal and
communication skills, with an emphasis on patient compassion and
professional collaboration. Knowledge of treatment modalities and
drug administration related to kidney care and dialysis. Medical

Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
BLS/CPR certification. CNN or CDN certification preferred.
