As a Registered Nurse in our network, you will have the unique opportunity to contribute to our patient-centered approach that emphasizes intensive therapy and personalized treatment plans. Working with us, you will ensure effective patient care delivery and the achievement of desired patient outcomes. Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans in collaboration with the healthcare team. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor for any side effects. Educate patients and families on illness and treatment plans, ensuring that they have the information and support needed to make informed decisions. Maintain accurate patient records and timely communication to ensure continuity of care. Participate in the development and implementation of patient management policies and procedures to deliver high-quality service. Offer emotional support and compassionate care to patients and families. Coordinate with physicians and multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient care. Clinical skills and familiarity with healthcare equipment Strong communication and interpersonal skills Critical thinking and problem-solving Ability to handle stress and emergency situations effectively Knowledge of electronic medical records (EMR) systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required; Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred.
