Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation is currently seeking a dedicated
Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team of healthcare
professionals. Located within our network of inpatient
rehabilitation hospitals, the successful candidate will play a
crucial role in providing top-notch patient care, supporting
recovery, and managing medical needs of diverse patient groups. The
role demands a compassionate approach, attention to detail, and a
commitment to patient healthcare, ensuring the highest standards of
nursing practices are maintained. Assess patient health problems
and needs, develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain
medical records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured,
convalescent, or disabled patients. Advise patients on health
maintenance and disease prevention or provide case management.
Monitor, record, and report symptoms or changes in patients'
conditions. Maintain accurate, detailed reports and records. Modify
patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses and
conditions. Consult and coordinate with healthcare team members to
assess, plan, implement, or evaluate patient care plans. Strong
interpersonal and communication skills Proficient in clinical
skills with an ability to handle medical equipment Critical
thinking and problem-solving abilities Compassionate and
patient-focused care Ability to work effectively in a team Medical
Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered
Nurse (RN) license BLS/ACLS Certification
