Job Description:

seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse Residents to
support our expanding facilities. In this role, you will join a
collaborative healthcare team, contribute to patient care plans,
and ensure the comfort and recovery of patients through the
application of dedicated nursing practices. The role offers
mentorship from experienced professionals and a guided pathway to
becoming a proficient Registered Nurse within diverse clinical
settings. Conduct patient assessments and contribute to the
development and implementation of care plans. Administer
medications and monitor patient reactions and recovery progress.
Work collaboratively with a team of health professionals to
maintain a high standard of patient care. Educate patients and
their families on disease management, medication, and home care
procedures. Participate in ongoing clinical training and
professional development. Strong clinical skills and knowledge of
healthcare protocols Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment Adept
at multitasking and working under pressure Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Must pass the National Council
Licensure Examination (NCLEX-RN) Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of practice
