Job Description:

Residency program designed for recent graduates and nurses
transitioning into the rehabilitative care field. Our program
provides a structured and supportive environment to help you
enhance your skills and build a robust foundation in both clinical
and patient-centric care in a range of settings from inpatient
rehabilitation hospitals to home health environments. As a resident
nurse, you will work closely with interdisciplinary teams, and be
equipped with the knowledge to make a meaningful impact on patient
recovery and outcomes. Provide direct and individualized nursing
care to patients based on the application of scientific nursing
principles. Contribute to assessments, planning, implementation,
and evaluation of patient care in collaboration with
multi-disciplinary team members. Administer medications and
maintain records in accordance with company policies and legal
regulations. Educate patients and their families on disease
processes, medical-surgical procedures, and other aspects of
therapeutic regimens. Actively participate in team discussions and
shared decision-making. Assist in the development and achievement
of personal and team performance goals. Strong clinical skills with
a focus on rehabilitative care. Ability to multitask, prioritize,
and manage time efficiently. Excellent verbal and written
communication skills. Proficiency in using medical software and
electronic health records. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of practice. Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the
American Heart Association or other recognized certification bodies
required upon hire.
