Job Description:

services, is seeking a committed Registered Nurse to join our team.
This position will be instrumental in providing top-notch
healthcare in a variety of settings, including our inpatient
rehabilitation hospitals and home health agencies. The ideal
candidate will have a passion for healing and a dedication to
improving patient lives through innovative and compassionate care.
This role requires proficiency in patient assessment, the ability
to manage multiple patient care tasks simultaneously, and adherence
to health care regulations and standards. Provide direct and
comprehensive nursing care to patients based on individualized
patient needs. Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
by physicians while monitoring patients for any reactions.
Coordinate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement,
or evaluate patient care plans. Maintain accurate, detailed reports
and records documenting patient conditions and care provided.
Educate patients and their families on disease processes,
treatments, and health maintenance. Implement infection control
protocols and adhere to quality assurance procedures. Excellent
patient care and nursing skills. Strong interpersonal skills with
the ability to communicate effectively with patients, families, and
team members. Ability to work flexibly in a fast-paced and dynamic
environment. Solid understanding of health and safety guidelines.
Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid
Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice. CPR
certification required. ACLS (Advanced Cardiac Life Support)
certification preferred.
