Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated Registered
Nurse to join our compassionate team of healthcare professionals in
our inpatient rehabilitation hospitals. In this role, you will work
closely with patients recovering from various injuries and
illnesses, assisting them through their rehabilitation journey. You
will have the unique opportunity to work in a dynamic, supportive
environment alongside a team committed to providing exceptional
patient care. This position requires a proactive approach to
patient care, excellent communication skills, and a deep commitment
to patient recovery and well-being. Assess patient conditions and
administer appropriate medical interventions. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement
individualized care plans for patients. Monitor patient recovery
and adjust treatments as needed. Educate patients and their
families on treatment plans and ongoing care needs. Maintain
precise documentation of patient conditions, treatments, and
progress. Adhere to facility healthcare regulations and safety
standards. Strong clinical skills in a hospital setting Ability to
work effectively in a fast-paced environment Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills Proficient in using
healthcare software and systems Medical Insurance Dental Insurance
Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN) license in the
state of practice Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Advanced
Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred
