Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care in accordance with facility protocols. Collaborate with healthcare team members to facilitate positive patient outcomes. Record patients’ medical history and symptoms, administer medications, and monitor recovery. Educate patients and their families on disease prevention and post-hospital care. Supervise nursing assistants and aides, ensuring compassionate, efficient patient care. Stay current with the latest in health care techniques and technology. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare setting Ability to operate medical equipment Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities Capacity to manage time effectively and handle multiple priorities Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Valid RN license CPR certified Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification preferred
