Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking dedicated and
compassionate individuals to join our Registered Nurse Residency
program. Our program is designed to provide graduates with the
comprehensive skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional
care at our inpatient rehabilitation and home health facilities. As
part of our team, you will have the unique opportunity to work
directly with patients who are recovering from various illnesses
and injuries, helping them to achieve the highest level of
independence possible. Our supportive learning environment includes
continued education and mentorship by seasoned healthcare
professionals. Provide high-quality patient care as part of a
multidisciplinary team. Administer medications, monitor patient
recovery and progress, and educate patients and their families on
post-hospital care. Maintain accurate patient records and adhere to
HIPAA regulations. Participate in ongoing clinical training and
professional development sessions. Collaborate with healthcare
professionals to plan and evaluate patient care plans. Excellent
interpersonal and communication skills. Strong organizational and
critical-thinking skills. Proficiency in using healthcare software
and systems. Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
401k Licensed as a Registered Nurse. Basic Life Support (BLS)
certification, Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) preferred.
