Job Description:
Encompass Health Corporation is seeking a dedicated and
compassionate Registered Nurse to join our dynamic healthcare team.

deliver exceptional care to patients across our inpatient
rehabilitation hospitals, home health agencies, and hospice
agencies. This position involves providing top-quality clinical
care, fostering a supportive environment, and enhancing the
wellbeing and recovery of our patients. Our ideal candidate will
have experience in rehabilitation and palliative care, embodying
our commitment to improving the lives of our patients with expert
healthcare services. Assess patient health problems and needs,
develop and implement nursing care plans, and maintain medical
records. Administer nursing care to ill, injured, convalescent, or
disabled patients. Advise patients on health maintenance and
disease prevention, or provide case management. Operate medical
equipment, administer medications, and monitor vital signs.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient
care. Maintain a safe and clean working environment by complying
with procedures, rules, and regulations. Support patient and family
emotional needs and ensure informed decisions by providing
necessary patient education. Strong clinical skills in a healthcare
setting Proficiency in electronic health record (EHR) systems
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Critical thinking
and problem solving Time management and the ability to handle a
high workload Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance
401k Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice
BLS/ACLS Certification CPR certification
