Position Job Title: Radiation Therapist Profession: Radiation
Therapist Specialty: Oncology Duration: 13 weeks Shift: 8:00 AM -
4:30 PM Hours per Shift: 8.5 Experience: 2 years of radiation
experience License: ARRT (T) Certifications: ARRT, BLS (AHA)
Must-Have: ARRT (T) Description: Responsible for the delivery of
quality patient care through radiation therapy treatments. Perform
treatment simulations and fabricate all necessary shielding blocks.
Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR). Prepare
equipment for patient treatments and perform quality control and
assurance tests. Ensure proper infection control techniques are
followed. Adhere to optimal radiation safety and protection
practices. All activities reflect the philosophy, goals, and
objectives of quality patient care and environmental safety.
Maintain professional working relationships with medical staff.
Demonstrate interdisciplinary cooperation. Requirements Required
