Job Description:

Registered Nurse to join our team. In this role, you will have the
opportunity to work closely with patients, offering comprehensive
care tailored to individual needs. Whether in a facility-based
setting or at a patient’s home, you are the cornerstone to our
mission in delivering the highest standard of healthcare services.
Your expertise in patient care will help us continue our legacy of
transforming lives through innovative rehabilitation and supportive
home environments. Provide clinical nursing care, adhering to
standards of professional nursing practice. Monitor patient health
and maintain accurate records of nursing care provided. Educate
patients and their families on disease processes, medical-surgical
procedures, and other aspects of therapeutic regimens. Administer
medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Participate
in the development and modification of care plans. Collaborate with
multidisciplinary team members to enhance patient recovery and
support. Ensure a compassionate professional atmosphere and provide
exceptional patient experience. Strong clinical skills in a
healthcare setting. Excellent communication and interpersonal
skills. Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems.
Decision-making and problem-solving abilities. Capacity to work
independently and as part of a team. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance 401k Current Registered Nurse (RN)
license in the state of employment. Basic Life Support (BLS)
Certification. Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)
Certification preferred.
